Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
It is a panoramic thrill flying into Kathmandu on a clear day. The views of snow-capped mountain peaks sprawling down below you are almost ecstatic, beginning a whole chain of memorable experiences that stay with you for a long, long time. A representative and driver from our office will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. The representative will help you check into your designated hotel. At the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities.Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath
Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The city presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence. There will be a guided tour to the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal Boudhanath and after that to the most popular Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva- Pashupatinath. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,656m),approx. 4-5 hours walk
The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes 45 minutes. A hair rising landing on a steep mountain runway, brings us to the village of Lukla (2,900m). After meeting the crew, we start our trek. You head up the DudhKoshi Valley on a well-marked trail to Phakding.Overnight in Phakding.

Day 04: Trek to Namche (3,450m),approx. 6-7 hours walk
From Phakding, we cross and re-cross the rivers on high suspension bridges. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. The park was set-up to conserve this fragile mountain environment. We then ascend steeply to Namche and along the way, if the weather permits,you catch the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Namche is the main trading village in Khumbu and has a busy Saturday market – a meeting place for the Hindu traders from the lowlands and the Tibetan yak caravans that have crossed the glaciated Nangpa La. You then reach the Namche bazaar.Overnight in Namche.

Day 05: Rest Day atNamche (3,450m)
Namche tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, teashops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook that seems to meet western standards, even at this remote mountain outpost. The amazing Sherpa folks down here have learnt a lot from the big expeditions that have passed this way. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading off towards Tengboche. Options for acclimatization walks include a visit to Khunde hospital, which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or a one-hour walk up to the Everest view hotel above Namche for the sunset view of AmaDablam, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. There are also good views from the national park centre and museum just above the town. We have a nice time at Namche and then settle in for the night.Overnight in Namche.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,864m), approx. 6-7 hours walk
Heading east, we pass a large Chorten and then descend to a bridge across the DudhKoshi at PhunkiTenga. From the river, the trail ascends through a forest of pine and rhododendron, before arriving at Thyangboche Monastery. The views here are truly awesome, from the beautiful AmaDablam to Lhotse and Everest at the head of the valley. The Gompa has been rebuilt since a tragic fire in 1989 destroyed it. The monastery is well worth a visit. Overnight in Tengboche.

Day 07: Tengboche toMonjo (2,835m), 6-7hours walk
Once you wake up to the lovely weather in Pengpoche, you can visit the place and go around a little bit, before you start your downhill journey. At Namche Bazar, you can visit the local markets of Namche Bazaar and have a look at the local art crafts and handicrafts. You can buy a lot of stuff from here to make your journey memorable. You can have a small walk in and around the Sagarmatha National Park. It is a good place for photography and collecting memories. You would also enjoy the local food, which has a distinct taste. The trek from Namche Bazaar to Manjo is again a simple and easy walk. You would be trekking down the slope most of the time. The beauty of the forest and distant mountains with several waterfalls will add great delight to your journey. This is the beauty of Nepal trekking.Overnight in Monjo.

Day 08: Trek from Manjo to Lukla, 5-6 hours walk
This is the last day of your trekking in Nepal. Today you would have a good walk to Lukla. You can take your time and relax on your way. You would also take beaks to enjoy the natural beauty on the way. There will be a few uphill climbs but you will manage it very easily. The lush green beauty and forests will take your pain away. After this easy walk, you would reach Lukla. This will be your last day with the Sherpas and other crewmembers, so you would like to enjoy the day with a delicious dinner and a few drink.Overnight in Lukla.

Day 09: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu, approx. 40 minutes
After an early breakfast, we head to the airstrip for our return journey to Kathmandu. Later, you are free for independent activities. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 10: Depart Kathmandu
The Nepalese support team will take you to the airport for your flight home. If you prefer to stay longer, you can go for short tours such as jungle safari at National parks, rafting, Tibet tours, mountain biking etc
